Valor Dean

Position Overview

Valor Deans work alongside the Headmaster and school leadership team to grow their campus in fidelity to the Valor vision, working in the areas of academics, culture, and operations.

This includes:

• Readiness to learn from and collaborate with the Headmaster and leadership team.
• Ensuring successful, vision-aligned implementation of Valor’s academic program
• Coaching teachers to grow and excel
• Close work with the Valor Institute to develop and implement programs for faculty and students
• Helping direct teacher assignments and classroom schedules
• Cultivating a beautiful student culture and joyful discipline
• Team stewardship of campus operations, including special events
• Reporting and compliance
• Contributing to achieving annual student enrollment and attendance goals
• Deepening and facilitating parent relationships, parent communication, and external communication
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Headmaster
